CORE PROGRAMMES
Our training expertise and focus are in the complementary fields of Organisational Development, Community Building, Leadership Development, and Youth or Talent Development.
We offer 3 core training programmes that build both the capacity and capability of leaders and teams. We also offer independent half day or full day training that either supplements or introduces new leaders to the work of building organisational health and resilience.
SIS is a 4 day training programme that begins with personal awareness in the areas of perception and perspective management, emotional diagnosis and mastery, and introduces the significance of somatic awareness.
The course explores how our personal worldviews, stances, and dispositions contribute to interpersonal dynamics and consequently also add to the complexity innate within any organisational or even family system. We learn how we can have ourselves and others work together, and how the dynamics between ourselves and our systems have a profound impact on the results they produce.

This is a 5 day training programme that focuses on fully understanding the complex group and system dynamics that each of us experience daily at the workplace, at home or even in broader society. This course is recommended for leaders, professionals and practitioners that need to understand how complexity and tension unfold in a system and how to resolve them.
The course experientially takes participants through a deep understanding of each level of human system and how each level interplays with the other. We learn the theory, models and tools to work with human dynamics - how we can better diagnose what really is happening in our systems, and how leaders or even individuals can more effectively intervene.
‘Self in System’ is a recommended prerequisite for this level 2 course.

HUMAN SYSTEM LEARNING
CLASS AND WORKSHOPS SCHEDULE
As part of leadership capability building, we offer a series of stand-alone full or half day programmes that support new or seasoned leaders to gain the language and understanding of complex system work.
Upon request, these classes can be customised into shorter weekly classes to cater to senior leadership schedules. Or even longer comprehensive training experiences or programmes. A minimum of 5 pax is required to run any of these learning experiences.

If you are an individual hoping to register, simply email us and we will add you to a list of other interested individuals. We can run a class once there are enough participants to run a meaningful learning experience. Costs vary from class to class, so just email us or indicate interest for further details.
If you are enquiring through an organisation, our day rates are as follows for groups of 40 pax and below.
Each unit can be customised into anything between a 1 day or 3 hour format to cater to audience needs and learning requirements. For more comprehensive skills based training or work that may go beyond 1 day, you may email us for customisation enquiries.
